What happens to what you tell Andaa.
Andaa only works if you can trust it with your business. This page explains, simply, what we collect, who helps us run Andaa, how long we keep your information, and what you can do about it.
What we collect
- The answers you give in your conversation, typed or spoken.
- Your email address or phone number, if you save your conversation, ask for your documents, or use Andaa on WhatsApp.
- The documents Andaa creates for you.
- Whether you opened your documents and found them useful, if you tell us.
How we use it
To run your conversation, create your documents, send them to you, and let you come back later. Nothing else.
The AI behind Andaa
- Andaa uses OpenAI to understand your answers and write your documents. Your answers are sent to OpenAI to do this.
- Voice notes are turned into text by [provider to confirm] before Andaa reads them.
Other services we rely on
- Railway runs Andaa’s servers (United States).
- Neon stores conversations and documents (European Union, Frankfurt).
- Resend sends your emails.
- Meta (WhatsApp) carries your messages if you use Andaa on WhatsApp.
What we never do
We don’t sell your information, and we don’t share it with banks, lenders or organisations. Andaa doesn’t score your business.
How long we keep it
- A conversation you don’t save is deleted after 30 days.
- A saved conversation and its documents are kept until you delete them.
Your choices
Delete a saved conversation at any time from your saved list, or email hello@tryandaa.com and we will remove everything we hold about you.
